Peer Review & Editorial Policies

The journal publishes Original Research Papers, Review Articles, Technical Notes, and Short Research Communications.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment. The handling editor evaluates whether the manuscript falls within the journal's scope and whether it demonstrates sufficient originality, methodological quality, scientific relevance, reporting quality, and compliance with journal policies. Manuscripts that do not satisfy these requirements may be declined without external peer review.

Manuscripts selected for external review are normally evaluated by at least two independent experts. The journal uses a single-anonymized peer-review process, in which the identities of reviewers are not disclosed to the authors.

Authors may suggest potential reviewers when submitting a manuscript. Reviewer suggestions are considered as recommendations only; the editors retain full discretion over reviewer selection.

The final editorial decision is based on the reviewers' reports together with the editor's independent assessment of the manuscript. Peer review is advisory, and responsibility for the final decision rests with the journal's editors.
